ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE USAOrders sent to addresses within the USA and its territories are shipped via US Priority Mail, unless US Parcel Post is selected.
Orders are generally shipped the same weekday they are received. Orders received on weekends normally ship on the following Monday (unless it's a holiday).
(Note: We do not warehouse our products, rather they are made fresh based upon projected orders. Therefore, there may be times, due to heavy demand, that we cannot ship an order within 24 hours; however, every attempt will be made to ship orders as fast as possible. Wholesale and any unexpectedly-delayed orders may take longer at times, so please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.)
Allow 2-3 delivery days to receive your order. If you haven't received your US Priority Mail shipment (order) by the 7th business day, please contact us via email. Orders shipped via US Parcel Post are generally received 5-10 days after shipped (if not, please contact us after 14 days via email).

Insurance: All products are shipped in excellent condition when they leave our facilities. World Image Naturals™, Inc. is not responsible for products that become damaged, lost, or stolen once they leave our facilities. You may request that insurance be added to your order, if protection against damage or loss is desired.

Notice regarding International Shipments: It is the sole responsibility of the customer (buyer) of an International shipment (order) to pay any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that are accessed in or by your country. We are required by US law to declare the correct (exact) value of the shipment, and to mark it as dutiable merchandise - not a gift (even if the order is intended as a gift from you to someone else).

TERMS OF SALE (INCLUDING THE ABOVE)
World Image Naturals, Inc. is not responsible for products that become damaged, lost or stolen after leaving our facilities. Please request that insurance be added (for a fee), if protection against damage or loss is desired. All sales are final. Incorrectly shipped orders should be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving them. A return authorization number must be issued, by us, for any unopened products that we consider returnable (i.e. incorrectly shipped items) before they may be returned. Orders received without authorization are returned to sender, refused, or discarded. We cannot accept returns on (correctly shipped items) opened or unopened nutritional/dietary supplements or products. This is a safety precaution which helps ensure that products which are shipped to you have not been previously shipped to and handled by other customers. No refunds on shipping/handling, opened products, books, audio CDs, or correctly shipped supplements or products. There is a $15.00 fee for any check (electronic or normal) that is returned for any reason (e.g. refusal to pay, payee not on file, insufficient funds, bank error, or any other reasons). Please consult your nutritionally-oriented, healthcare provider before using any supplements. No claims or guarantees for any results are made or implied.
